James has over 22 years experience in creative agencies.

He was Creative Services director at Limbo and was involved in the start-ups of Archibald Ingall Stretton and Personal. His role in producing work for Audi helped win D&AD, DMA and Caples awards. His production work is noted on award-winning campaigns for Skoda, Sky, Virgin Net, Microsoft and Apple.

Prior to Weapon7 James was at Elvis Communications as Head of production, overseeing campaigns for Pizza Hut, Cadbury’s, and Peroni. His work with Subaru helped to make Subaru a finalist in the integrated campaign category.

He was one of the key members of the pitch team that won the Virgin Holidays account. During his time at Elvis, the agency won Campaign agency of the year, MCCA agency of the year and Marketing agency of the year.

James joined Weapon7 for the diversity of work, the team and the strong sense of collaboration. He lives in Ladywell with Emma and their very demanding cat ‘Harper’. He plays guitar whenever he can find the time. Which, frankly, is not all that often.
