As Weapon 7’s Chief Executive, Adam leads the agency vision and strategy.

He was previously Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Saint@RKCR/Y&R; "Agency of the year" winners from Revolution and NMA in 2011.

Prior to this, Adam ran his own agency for 5 years and founded the first "full service, music-on-demand" internet radio station back in '98. 

He is a member of the Bima Executive and is still fiercely passionate about the power of the internet.

He loves making music, playing golf and relaxing with his wife, Kathleen, and their children Isabelle and James.
